Honey Crumb Lemon Pie

1 ¼ cups Graham crumbs
4 tbsp butter
1 can (15 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
½ cup Lemon juice

Blend crumbs and softened butter. Spread 1 ½ cups of mixture on bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate, pressing evenly and firmly with back of spoon. Mix together condensed milk, slightly beaten eggs, and lemon juice, stir until thick. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes. Cool slowly and chill. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
